These apartments are situated in the residential part of Dubrovnik, on the Babin Kuk peninsula, in the area of Solitudo. The famous Copacabana beach is situated 300 m away, as are the nearest links to the public transport network, while guests will find restaurants, bars and shops within 500 m. The main bus station is 2 km and Dubrovnik Old Town is only 3.5 km from the complex. The distance to Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km.||Established in 2008, this charming, family friendly complex comprises a total of 17 new apartments, equipped to the highest standard and spread over 8 villas. Most apartments enjoy a lovely sea view. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, a cafe, a mini supermarket, a bar and WLAN Internet access. There is parking available for those arriving by car and guests wishing to explore the area by bicycle will find a cycle hire facility on-site. The whole apartment complex is a completely smoke-free zone.||All apartments come with individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and feature modern furniture, an HD TV, a DVD player and a washing machine. The apartments offer 2 to 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a minibar, a fridge, a cooker and a microwave and a living room. They come with several bathrooms with shower/bathtub and hairdryer and a direct dial telephone, an ironing set, a radio and a double bed are provided in all accommodation as standard. Wired Internet access is available free of charge and all apartments offer a safe and a balcony.||This complex features a sun terrace and guests can go banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, motor-boating and diving as well as windsurfing, sailing and pedal boating all for an additional fee.
