What are the visa requirements for my trip

 Visa requirements depend on the Country you are travelling to. If you are travelling to an EU destination and have a valid Irish passport, you will not need a visa.

 

If you are and Irish passport holder travelling outside the EU, please contact the DFA for the most up to date advice. www.dfa.ie

 

All other citizens should contact the embassy of the country you are travelling to.

What are the passport requirements for my trip?

 

Passport requirements depend on the country you are travelling to.

All Irish citizens will require a passport to travel to other destinations in the EU. You should check the validity on your passport as some countries will require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months after you return, whereas others only require it to be vailid until your return date of travel.

 

Irish passport holders can check with the DFA website for the most up to date information. All other citizens should contact the embassy of the country you are travelling to.  www.dfa.ie

Will I need vaccinations for my trip?

Depending on the country you are travelling to, you may need vaccinations. You should check with your local GP or contact the Tropical Medical Bureau www.tmb.ie
