Unless otherwise stated all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be requried to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of the booking. Where you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance 12 weeks prior to departure. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the principal who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their terms and conditions.

One4All Vouchers

One4All gift cards are not accepted on bookings made through our website.  One4All vouchers cannot be accepted on the following holiday types:

Flight only bookings;

Accommodation only bookings;

Tailormade holidays;

Attraction tickets and entrance tickets.

However, One4All gift cards are acceptable on package holidays only made through the office directly.

Local Taxes & Charges

Please note that some countries and / or resorts abroad impose a city/tourist tax which is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality.  This goes towards financing and maintaining facilities in the area.  It is however, usually up to each municipality to decide how much they charge and this amount can change annually. Many individual hotels impose a charge which  must be paid by every visitor, children under 18 are normally exempt. This is usually a daily charge from €1, however  the amount may vary depending on the hotel category, destination or booking season. This matter is beyond our control as it is a local Government charge. You pay the tax to your accommodation upon check-out.

Security

We are goverment licensed and bonded as a travel agent T.A. 0290. In the unlikely event of Tully's Travel ceasing trading any travel/gift vouchers that have not been redeemed are not refundable from our bond and it is recommended that you pay for the vouchers by credit card where possible.

Cancellation and Amendment

Because of the ever-changing nature of airfare structures and the increasing availability of instant purchase air fares most of the flights which we sell must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Most airfares are non-refundable. A cancellation or amendment fee shall only be effective upon receipt of same in writing from you and may be subject to our cancellation service charge or amendment service charge. Many suppliers such as tour operators and cruise-line/hotel companies apply 100% cancelaltion charges 10 weeks before the departure date.

Delivery of Travel Documents

All documents will be sent to you by ordinary post. Once documents leave our office we will not be responsible for their loss unless such a loss is due to our negligence.  If tickets or other documents need to be reissued all costs much be paid by you. You can ask for delivery by other means which will incur an additional charge, details of which are available on request. Alternatively you can collect your travel documents from our office.

Complaints

Any dissatisfaction regarding your travel or holiday arrangements whilst in resort must be reported to the local holiday representative, and a complaint form filled out. Should your booking be a tailor-made holiday there will be no representative in resort therefore it is essential that you contact our office directly.

If not handled to your satisfaction a complaint should be submitted in writing to Tully's Travel within 28 days after your return.

Please note that complaints not registered in resort could seriously compromise the outcome/resolution upon your return. Any complaints received after the 28 day period will not be entertained.

Pre-Departure

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel, passport, visa and insurance documents are in order and to present yourself at your point of departure in plenty of time for check in. It is necessary to reconfirm any return flights with the airline prior to the departure of your flight. You should take note of any reference number or contact name when reconfirming. If you fail to reconfirm you maybe refused premission to board the aircraft and you are unlikely to receive any refund.

Special Requests

A special request must be advised at the time of booking. All requests are forwarded to the relevenat property and cannot be guaranteed although every effort will be made by the local property to comply with your specific request. However please note that no special request can be guaranteed.

Passports, Visas & Health

We can provide general information about the passport, visa and health requirements for your trip, upon request. Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility. You should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates.  We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Most countries now require pasports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.  You should check with your own doctor for specific health circumstances. For European holidays you can obtain an European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to receive healthcare that becomes necessary during your visit to an EEA. You can obtain and EHIC online at www.ehic.ie . The EHIC card will enable you to receive medical assistance in an EU country but it is not an alternate to travel insurance which we strongly recomend you obtain as soon as you make a booking.

 Passport Names

It is essential that all names given at the time of booking are as exactly as they appear on your passport.  Failure to provide the correct names will result in the relevant supplier charging a name change/amendment fee. This is particularly important to newly married couples where the female MUST travel on the name that appears on her passport.

Tully's Travel cannot be held responsible for the incorrect name appearing on the booking.

Health & Safety Standards

Health & safety standards on your trip may not reach the same level as those enjoyed in Ireland. However all properties comply with applicable local and or national recommendations.  We always advise clients to make every reasonable precaution while on holidays.

 Identity of carriers

We are obliged to inform you, at the time of booking, of the identity of the operating air carrier(s) which is due to perform, or likely to perform your flight; if there are any changes to the operation air carrier(s) we are obliged to inform you of these as soon as possible. If we don't know the identity of the operating carrier(s) when you are booking, we must inform you when it is known.  In all cases, we are obliged to inform you the identity of the operating air carrier at check-in or boarding, where no check-in is required for a connecting flight. In accordance with EU Dir No.2111/2005 we are required to bring your attention to the existence of 'Communnity Blacklist', which contains details of air carriers that are subject to an operation ban within the EU Community.

Insurance

We cannot recommend strongly enough the importance of taking out adequate travel insurance. Many principals require you take out travel insurance as a condition of booking with them to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage or money; and other expenses. If we have issued your policy please check it carefully to ensure that all the details are correct and that all relevant information has been provided by you (eg. pre-existing medical conditions of all those on whose health your travel arrangements depend.) If you do not disclose relevant information you insurance may not be effective.

Gift Vouchers & Accommodation only bookings

Gift vouchers and accommodation only bookings are not covered by the Commission for Aviatrion Regulation license or bond.
