Whether seeking adventure or relaxation, couples and families alike will find plenty to enjoy. Explore the crystal-clear waters through snorkelling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, fishing and diving, or discover the island’s natural beauty on guided hiking and cycling excursions.
The resort’s wellness and family programme offers a variety of enriching experiences including yoga sessions, sunrise jogging, crab hunting, tortoise feeding and traditional Creole fishing activities.
For the ultimate in relaxation, Raffles Spa offers a sanctuary of peace and rejuvenation and is recognised as the largest spa in Seychelles. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the spa features luxurious open-air treatment pavilions and tranquil gardens designed for complete escape. Guests can also enjoy exclusive spa suites equipped with steam showers, Japanese soaking tubs and private observation decks overlooking the spectacular scenery.
Climate
Praslin generally experiences slightly drier conditions than Mahé and enjoys warm temperatures throughout the year, typically remaining above 20°C. From June to September, cooling trade winds can create choppier sea conditions, which may affect swimming, snorkelling and diving. For calmer seas, pleasant temperatures and fewer crowds, April, May, October and November are often considered ideal times to visit.
