This is an excellent property in very convenient location and ideal for long stays. (0608/ss ) ## Location This property is centrally located and just a couple of minutes walk from the sea front. ## Distance 5 kms to the nearest airport (côte d'azur international airport) 2 km to the nearest station (nice) 3 km to the nearest fair site (acropolis) Close to the beach ## Rooms All rooms are suites of 40 m2, equipped with little kitchenettes. The suites are laid out with granit floors and furnished in a modern style. The bathrooms are also fully tiled with the same granit. All rooms are in excellent condition. ## Restaurant The restaurant is on the top floor. It is laid out with dark wooden floor boards, and furnished with red upholstered seating. There is also a bar area and a small stage where a band plays live music on occasion. ## Exterior It is a modern 7 storey white building. ## Lobby The lobby is of medium size. It is laid out with granite and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. There are two large Chinese statues.
