Location The residence is situated in a nice residential area within a walking distance of La Defense business district, a couple of minutes from the Grande Arche and the Esplanade shopping center, and 10 minutes away from La Defense underground station which gives a direct access to the Champs Elysees (1 stop by RER A), Opera, Les Halles/ Chatelet (either RER A or line 1) in just a few minutes (max 10 min). Distance 3 kms to city centre 22 kms to the airport (paris-orly international airport) 24 kms to the airport (paris-charles de gaulle airport) 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (arche de la defense) 5 km to the nearest station (st lazare) 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 5 km to the nearest fair site (porte maillot) Rooms The bedrooms vary in size from medium to large, are of a high standard, equipped with contemporary furniture and all necessary amenities for a superior first category hotel. All bathrooms have bathtubs and are in very good condition. Standard categories (also called Studio) are around 18-20 sq. meters, up to two people, includes a living room with bed, an office area, a fully equipped kitchen (glass ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishes...). Please take note that twin rooms consist of a double bed and a double-sized pull-out sofa bed. The Family Room is a triple. The two children can share their parents 'room provided that a child sleeping in parents' bed. Restaurant The breakfast room is found on the ground floor, next to the reception area.
