The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central station, close to the botanical gardens, the Tøyen baths and various sporting facilities.||This modern city hotel was built in 2008 and has a total of 88 rooms. It is a 100% non-smoking hotel (including public areas). Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Other facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, lift access, TV lounge, bar and breakfast room. For an additional fee, guests can use the hotel's laundry service, car park and garage.||All the rooms are of a modern standard as they have all been recently designed. The rooms are furnished with double beds and come equipped with a direct dial telephone, flat-screen TV, safe, DVD player, Internet access, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each room has a kitchenette with oven, cooker, microwave, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, each room has a shower and a hairdryer and is equipped with individually regulated heating.
