Built in 1974 and renovated in 2010, the hotel has 244 rooms spread over 9 floors including 230 doubles and 14 suites. The air-conditioned hotel offers use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception as well as 4 lifts. In addition, there is a shop, a bar, a TV corner, an air-conditioned restaurant. A laundry service is also available under charge. Location This popular, hotel is located at the heart of the tourist centre, directly beside the sandy beach of Playa de las Burras (about 2 km from the large Playa del Inglés). There is a shopping centre with shops, restaurants, cafés and bars located across the road from the hotel. Public transport services are to be found 100 m away; Gran Canaria airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel. Rooms The welcoming, comfortable rooms with air conditioned, feature an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar (on request and under charge) a fridge and a safe to rent. Sport The hotel also offers use of a swimming pool, a pool-snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and towels (under charge) a solarium, a massage service (under charge) and a gym. It is possible to play tennis (under charge) tennis table, billiards (under charge), snooker and bocce as well as join in the gymnastics sessions. There is a varied seasonal programme on offer.
