Location This apartment complex is located on a slight incline, surrounded by pine trees and just across a quiet service road from an idyllic bay (about 300 m). A diverse selection of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as links to the transport network with excellent connections to San Miguel and other large towns on the island can be found in the vicinity. Facilities Renovated in 2000, this complex comprises several 2-storey building with a total of 58 apartments and 24 studios. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk with safes and a currency exchange desk, a café, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants and a public Internet terminal. In addition, room service, a bicycle hire and storage service, a garage and a playground for younger guests are on offer. Rooms The welcoming studios and apartments come with a combined lounge/ bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave, tiling, air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony. The apartments additionally come with a separate bedroom. Sports/Entertainment There is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool in the outdoor complex as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Leisure options include a Jacuzzi, canoeing, table tennis, beach volleyball and bocce and, for an additional fee, tennis, mountain and road bike hire and billiards. A massage service can be taken advantage of (additional fees apply, reduction for guests) and there is an entertainment programme for guests both young and old featuring weekly professional evening shows to provide some variation.
