Opened in spring 2006 and designed to reflect the colonial architecture peculiar to the island, the exclusive La Plantacion is set on a hillside between the beaches of El Duque and La Caleta. Beautifully landscaped tropical gardens envelop the five outdoor pools linked by waterfalls, as well as a separate pool for children. All the rooms are exquisitely decorated, with a choice of either the main hotel building or one of the villas. The villas all have double bedroom with a private garden with jacuzzi or solarium.A full range of facial and body treatments are offered at the Nammu Spa, as well as three unique themed treatments - one encapsulating the special properties of the volcanic rocks of Tenerife, the other with its foundation in ancient Celtic customs and the last one - exterior Thalassotherapy swimming pool. Choose to dine at the a la carte Gourmet Canario restaurant or in the more informal atmosphere of the El Buffet buffet restaurant - both have outside terrace for those warm Tenerife evenings.
