The Art hotel Prague is unique and quirky and you are guaranteed a brilliant stay here. Family run with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere this hotel has a long standing exhibition of Czech modern art. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood full of residential mansions and foreign embassies and is just 20 minutes¿ walk from the historical town centre where you can wander into the famous Wenceslas Square. The Square is steeped in rich history and tells a long story of public gatherings and demonstrations, just one of the many sights worth having a look at in the Old Town. Prague is often referred to as the pearl of Europe and is renowned for its rich and extensive history. The famous baroque and gothic architecture makes for a romantic setting and as you wander down cobbled streets you will find delight at the end of every road. It is an eclectic city and this particular hotel emphasises that in its own quirky design. The front desk has a small but inviting bar with red and black leather chairs and many notable works of modern art. The Art Hotel is situated in Stromovka Park so your immediate surroundings are equally as lush and inviting as the inside of the hotel. There are embassies, grand estates and beautiful green parks making it a lovely area to come back to after a long day wandering round the Old town sight-seeing or shopping. The hotel has 22 rooms and all are decorated individually, they are bright and have wonderful views of the Vltava River and the city beyond. There are two incredibly luxurious suites each with their own kitchen, sitting area and rooftop terrace. There is a very modern restaurant and again you will be surrounded by great works of art and a luscious summer garden with a salt cave, a great place to relax and recharge.
