The family-friendly apartment hotel has been open since 1998. The establishment was renovated in 2009 and has 135 modern and well-equipped apartments on offer. It is a very quiet resort with two swimming pools, lawn gardens, a playground and playroom, free wireless Internet access and a free minibus to the town/beach. There is 24-hour reception service as well a bar on the premises. One bedroom apartment is in Quinta das Figueirinhas and two bedroom apartments duplex are in Quintinha Village.
