Once you have arrived at Barcelona airport or train station please contact us on our check-in telephone +34 640.60.61.57 . This will enable us to estimate your arrival time at the apartment. For late check-in between 21:30 to 23:30 additional fee of Euro 25, after 23:30 additional fee of Euro 50. We may require a security deposit upon check in. The maximum amount of this security deposit would be of 150?. This deposit is required in order to secure that you leave the apartment in a good condition and no disturbance has occurred. Keys will only be handed out, when the final payment is received and the security deposit is settled. ## Location Trivao Park Güell is located in the upper side of the city, this modernist building is dedicated to offer exclusive self - catering apartments. Within walking distance to Parc Guell, that you can access using the automatic stairs installed at 200m from the apartment. The area is full of convenient stores such as supermarkets, bakeries, boucheries or fish shops that would make you feel like a real barcelonian while you stay in any of these apartments. Connections to other parts of the city are very convenient, by either bus (in front of the apartment would drive you to city centre in less than 15 minutes), or metro LESSEPS or VALLCARCA (L3) stations are located at only 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Finally, the charming neighborhood Gracia is only 5 minutes walking from the apartments. ## Rooms There is 1 or 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
