What is included in my holiday?

Depending on what you book, the following will be included in your holiday cost:

 

♦    FLIGHT ONLY: Flight only (baggage is specific to each individual airline)

♦    HOTEL ONLY: Hotel accommodation as specified

♦    CITY BREAKS: Flight only (baggage is specific to each individual airline) and accommodation as specified

♦    SUN HOLIDAYS: Flight only (baggage is specific to each individual airline) and accommodation as                                  specified

♦    LONGHAUL: Flight only (baggage is specific to each individual airline)

 

Insurance is not included in your total costs but can be added to your reservation at the time of booking. 

Gift vouchers and accommodation only bookings are not covered by the Commission for Aviation Regulation license or bond.

 

Travel Insurance

We recommend all passengers travelling to have a valid travel insurance policy.  Should you or a member of your party have a pre-existing medical condition or are taking prescribed medication you/they must delcare it to the medical screening company prior to travel.   Please contact the office on 059 91 36100 for a quote.

 

 

How old do I have to be to book a holiday?

The minimum age to make a holiday booking on our website is 18 years.

When will I receive my travel documents?

You should receive your tickets by email or post approximately 2-3 weeks prior to travel. Certain airlines require you to check in online prior to departure. The details for online check in will be included with your tickets.

How can I pay for my holiday?

You can pay online on our secure website www.tullystravel.ie by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or Debit card at the time of booking.

Payment will only be accepted if the bank card is belong to one of the passengers travelling.

 

Can I pay a deposit on my booking?

Upon booking your holiday on our website, you will be advised of the payment terms. Generally a deposit of up to 50% may be required up to 12 weeks prior to departure for flights and accommodation. If you are booking accommodation only a non refundable deposit of €100 per person will be required at the time of booking. Full payment will then be required 12 weeks prior to departure.

 

Any bookings made online within 10 weeks of departure will require full payment at the time of booking.

 

Some suppliers (Airlines etc.) may require full payment at the time of booking. You will be advised of this when you check the availability on our website.
