Manage my booking

Seat request / Special meal

Once you have completed your online reservation and have a specific seat or meal request, please contact us on 059 91 36100 or info@tullystravel.ie and we can request same for you.  However, we can only allocate specifc seat number on flights where possible.  Some airlines charge for seat assignment, this charge will be passed onto you.  Emergency seats can only be assigned at the airport.

For longhaul/international flights where meals are included we can request special dietary meals eg. vegan, gluten free etc.  Meals are not normally included on European flights.

 

What is my time zone?

All departure and arrival times are local times and are specific to the destination that you are travelling to/from.

What is APIS (Advance Passenger Information)?

APIS (Advance Passport Information) is passport associated information, which the airlines must collect prior to travel for each passenger which is required for the governement of various countries.  Passengers can be denied boarding if they have not submitted this information prior to travel so it is essential that you provide your airline with the following information:

 

  • Passport details (country of issue, passport number, date of birth and passport expiry date)
  • Country of residence
  • Full address of your destination (including the area code)

 

APIS information is currently required for passengers travelling to/from or transitting through the following countries:

  • Antigua & Barbuda
  • Australia
  • Barbados
  • Bermuda
  • Canada
  • China (not Hong Kong)
  • Cuba
  • Dominica
  • Grenada
  • Guyana
  • Jamaica
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • Kuwait

As there are new destinations being added to the list all the time, please check either at the time or booking or prior to travel if APIS is required for your final desintation or transit destination.

 

Check in baggage

The details regarding your checked in baggage allowance that is specific to your airline/destination will be shown on your ticket.

Should you exceed the permitted baggage allowance you will be charged by your airline (prices vary depending on each individual airline).

 

Please ensure that you check your e-ticket prior to travel for information on your permitted baggage allowance.

What is the required check-in time for my flight?

The check in time for your flight depends on the airline, airport and destination, however the following check-in times are a guideline only if you are checking in baggage.

 

Domestic Flights - (flights within the same country) Check in at least 90 minutes prior to departure

European Flights - Check in at least 2 hours prior to departure

International Flights - Check in at least 3 hours prior to departure

Do I need to reconfirm my flight?

There is no need to reconfirm your flight that is departing from the Republic of Ireland, however we do recommend that you reconfirm your onward flight if applicable.  

We also recommend that you reconfirm your return flight with the airline that you are travelling with at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Hand luggage & restricted items

We recommend that you contact the DAA (Dublin Airport Authority) www.daa.ie for the latest information regarding the carriage of liquids and any other restricted items in your luggage.

Reservation Information

Your Booking: Your confirmation email and suppliers invoice confirms your reservation. Please check these and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

 

♦    Payment:  A non refundable deposit will secure your booking. Full payment is required if you are travelling within 12 weeks of making your reservation. Payment of your balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure. This date will be advised on your booking confirmation.  Failure to pay the full balance within the specified time can result in your holiday being terminated and all monies forfeited. ♦    Cancellation & Amendment Charges All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed in writing. Tullys Travel Ltd. acts as an agent on behalf of IATA suppliers and all bookings are subject to further cancellation and amendment charges contained within your tour operators booking conditions.

 

♦    Data Protection:  We will only collect data from you that we require to deal with your booking. We will not pass your data onto any 3rd parties.

What hand luggage can I carry on board the aircraft?

We recommend that you check with the airline that you are travelling with for their policy on hand luggage.

Always carry the following in your hand luggage:

 

Any medication that you may need during the flight

Valid passport / visa

Your travel documents

Contact details for both your travel agency and holiday insurer

 

Spelling error

Most airlines allow 2 incorrect characters in the booking name, however if you have misspelt your name, please contact us immediately on 059 91 36100 or info@tullystravel.ie and we can check with the airline on your behalf.

If you are recently married, please remember to book your holiday in your passport name, and not your newly married name unless you have changed your name on your passport as once your tickets are issued we will be unable to assist with a name change.

Cancelling my booking

If you wish to cancel your booking, please email us at info@tullystravel.ie  and we will process the cancellation for you.

 

Please note, deposits paid are non refundable and higher cancellation fees will apply the closer you are to your travel date.

 

Instant purchase flights and travel insurance are fully non-refundable.

Changing the date/duration of my holiday

As soon as you know you need to make changes to the date or duration of your trip, you should contact our customer service department on 059 91 36100 or info@tullystravel.ie.

 

Changes may not always be possible and any amendments made will require written consent from the lead passenger on the booking.

 

An amendment fee of €25 per booking will apply, plus any difference in the cost of the service.
