Apartment complex is located in the part of Split formerly known for its greenhouses and flower gardens, grown thanks to the micro-climate providing sun and warmth even during the winter months. Thanks to marvelous location offers a stunning view of the sea and nearby islands. It is a 30-minute walk along the seafront to the center of town and the Diocletian palace - the historical origins of the town. Closest beach is a large rocky/pebble beach, with selection of coffee bars where guest can enjoy or go for a jog by the sea and breath in the healthy and fragrant sea air.-Each apartment is fully equipped to the highest standard and tastefully decorated, each with kitchen, one or two bedrooms, private bathroom, balcony or terrace. All apartments feature: air-conditioning, Satellite-TV, internet access.-There is also a parking space - free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided.
