The Royal Esprit The EA Royal Esprit is a great hotel and very well situated in the heart of Prague. Prague is a wonderful, magical city, it is the capital of and the largest city in the Czech Republic it is the fourteenth largest city in the European Union. Situated in the north west of the country on the Vltava River it is the historical Capital of Bohemia. Wenceslas Square is right on the doorstep and not to be missed. Steeped in a rich and vibrant history the square has been home to many events and continues to be a traditional setting for demonstrations, celebrations, and other public gatherings. It¿s one of the main City Squares and the centre of business and cultural communities in New Town. The square is named after the patron saint of Bohemia Saint Wenceslas and is a world heritage site. The Old Town Square is one of the most famous town squares in the world! Located between Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge and featuring various architectural styles including gothic and baroque. As well as beautiful town squares, Prague isfull of culture, visit Prague¿s national Theatre, one of Czech¿s most important institutions it has a rich artistic history created and maintained by some of Czech¿s most distinguished citizens. The theatre consists of three artistic ensembles- opera, ballet, and drama which alternate in their performances in this beautiful historic building. Prague¿s State Opera houses are absolutely beautiful. Built in 1888 it¿s a rich and ornate building. It presents a varied programme of opera and ballet from the foremost international composers such as; Verdi, Puccini, and Tchaikovsky. There is a particularly sparkling host of events in the run up to Christmas; there is a celebrated gala ball every New Years.
