The Copenhagen Admiral Hotel is perfectly situated in the very heart of Copenhagen and adjacent to the Nyhavn, the 17th-century waterfront, canal and entertainment district where guests can catch water buses. Set in a heritage-listed 1780s building, this atmospheric waterfront hotel is next to Amalienborg Royal Palace and opposite Copenhagen Opera House. The Amaliehavn Garden, the Royal Danish Playhouse, Gefion Fountain, the Citadel and the world-famous Little Mermaid statue are situated in the surrounding area. The Strøget shopping street is also less than a 10 minutes' walk away and the Kongens Nytorv Metro Station just five. This 1780¿s renovated warehouse boasts uncompromising Danish and Scandinavian quality with two hundred-year-old Pomeranian pine beams, brickwork and archways giving the hotel a distinct elegance and charm. The interior design has a maritime touch, with ships models and most of the rooms boasting wooden beams. All guest rooms are beautifully decorated with custom-made furniture of solid teak and have a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, mini bar, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi and flat screen TV.
