This residence is located near to shops, 2 blocks from the sea and a stone's throw from the casino. A pebble beach is 50 m away, just across the road. The town centre of Menton, with its shopping venues, is 200 m away. Within 10 minutes' drive, guests can be in Italy and it is just 20 minutes by car to Monaco. This residence is just 40 km from Nice Airport.This 9-storey beach residence comprises a total of 107 apartments and is built in a modern architectural style within the confines of a small park. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe and a laundry service (charges apply).All accommodation units come with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC (apart from disability-friendly rooms). They are equipped with a pay phone and a TV with international channels. All apartments also feature a balcony, (except the 3-person studios) and a fully equipped kitchen area.Guests arriving from Paris should take the A6 motorway as far as Lyon, then the A7 Autoroute du Soleil towards Aix-en-Provence. They should continue on the A8, La Provençale, taking the exit for Menton. Follow the signs for the centre-ville (town centre) on the Sospel road and continue as far as the Avenue de Verdun and the Casino, then turn right onto Avenue Carnot, then first right again, onto Allée Louis Moreno and the property's underground car park.
