This youth hostel is located in the heart of the Berlin district of Friedrichshain and is surrounded by numerous pubs, bars, galleries and boutiques. Just 30 m away guests will find various shops, restaurants and public transport. The famous Alexanderplatz is just 30 min away. Tegel and Schönefeld Airports can be reached in approximately 15 and 18 km respectively.||The hotel comprises 4 storeys and 141 rooms. There is a 24-hour reception, WLAN Internet access and a moped hire service.||The light and modern rooms include an en suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are centrally heated. Multibed rooms have up to 6 beds, with bathroom and toilet inside, and without bedclothes and towels.||A lively karaoke competition takes place each week in the bar.||Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, whilst a large range of cocktails are on offer at the bar.||By train: When coming from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take either the S3, S5, S7 or S75 for 7 stations until you reach Ostkreuz S-Bahn station. When coming from the East train station (Ostbahnhof), take either the S3, S5, S7 or S75 for 2 stations until you reach Ostkreuz S-Bahn station. By bus: from the central bus station (ZOB) take the underground line U2 for 5 stations until you reach Zoologischer Garten station. From here, change to either S3, S5, S7 or S75 and travel for 10 stations until you reach Ostkreuz S-Bahn station.
