This attractive rural house is located close to the town centre Villanovaforru, 60 km from Cagliari. The tourist district is around 10 km from the hotel and it can easily be reached by car. The nearest large town (roughly 12 km away) can also by comfortably reached by car. The inviting beach with turquoise-blue sea is roughly around 45 km away from the hotel.||Built in 1800 and renovated in 2003, this rural house comprises a total of 3 rooms.||The rooms of this rural house have been created in keeping with the philosophy of exclusivity, which means that clients enjoy exclusive use of the floors on which their room is located. Since this rural house is an old structure, it was not possible to construct bathrooms within the rooms. Therefore, clients have exclusive use of the bathroom on their floor.
