Situated only 3 km away from the famous San Vito Lo Capo, the hotel is surrounded by the green of olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation in a wonderful green park overlooking the Gulf of Makari. There are numerous bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping opportunities in nearby San Vito Lo Capo. The beach in Makari is about a 5-minute walk away.The hotel was built in 2006 and consists of a total of 41 rooms and apartments. Facilities include a lobby, hotel safe, lift access and a TV lounge. Other available services include a nice small train that drives guests from the main door directly to the beach, a parking area inside the residence garden and the possibility to plan excursions and boat trips.All accommodation units are en suite with shower and hairdryer. In-room amenities include a king-size bed, satellite/cable TV, a safe, minibar, as well as individually regulated air conditioning and heating. There is also a balcony or terrace in each unit.The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and there are sun loungers with parasols laid out on the sun terrace and, for a fee, on the nearby sandy beach. For additional fees, guests can go diving, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, canoeing and biking. Guests can also play tennis and table tennis. The hotel can also organise wedding parties, gala diners, birthday parties, graduations and anniversaries on the outdoor terrace.The hotel features a barbecue area, where guests can spend pleasant moments with relatives. A breakfast buffet is served on the panoramic outdoor terrace from where it is possible to admire the gulf, the garden and the pool.
