This modern hotel is on the seafront promenade, 100 metres from the nearest shops, bars and cafes. The beach immediately in front of the hotel is privately owned, and there is a charge to use it. A 100 metre walk along the promenade there is a free public beach. Giardini Naxos is a seaside resort 30 miles south of Messina, on the Ionian coast, north of the mouth of the river Alcantara. From here it is easy to visit Messina, Taormina, Catania and Syracuse as well as the Alcantara gorge.
