The hotel overlooks the beautiful promenade of Balluta Bay, St Julian`s 200 metres away from Maltas best nightlife with a large range of clubs, bars and restaurants. The seafront promenade actually connects St Julians to nearby Sliema. **Please Note** - Work is being undertaken to install state-of-the-art new elevators. This work may create some inconvenience for guests in terms of noise, however at least two elevators will be operating at all times.
