The apartment complex is located in Roquetas de Mar, only 50 m from the beach and few steps to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, the tourist centre, shops and the public transport network. Almeria Airport lies around 37 km away.||Renovated in 2004, this 10-storey complex has a total of 126 apartments, of which 2 are wheelchair accessible. The complex includes a foyer, a hotel safe, and lift access. Those arriving by car may make use of the parking garage for an additional fee.||The apartments all come with an integrated living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a washing machine, and either a balcony or terrace. In addition, a direct dial telephone, a TV, an iron and ironing board, a double bed, heating, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.||The complex features a swimming pool as well as sun loungers and parasols.
