The residence is located on the Costa Dorada in Coma-Ruga, a small seaside village well loved for its immense white sand beach flying the ""blue flag"" the international ecological award to promote protection of the marine environment.Located facing the beach, the residence consists of 10 small 3-storey buildings without lifts. All 71 fully-equipped apartments have a terrace and the ground floor units have a small garden.The residence is surrounded by greenery and has an outdoor swimming pool.
