This holiday village was built in 2009 to the highest standards. It has 134 apartments distributed across 9 fully air-conditioned buildings, featuring 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom duplexes. The complex is surrounded by vineyards and offers fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Additional facilities include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café and WLAN Internet access. Guests arriving by car may use the garage.The hotel is located 350 metres from Manilva and only 2 km from Puerto de la Duquesa with its bars and restaurants. The beach is around 1,5 km away. Sotogrande can be found 15 km in the direction of Algeciras, while Estepona is 15 km in the direction of Malaga. The nearest airports are Gibraltar Airport, which is 25 km away, and Malaga Airport, which is 90 km away.The hotel offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments featuring a double bed, a lounge with a sofa bed, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. The kitchenette offers a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. All apartments are en suite and the complete bathroom features a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Additional facilities include a safe, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning/heating.
