The Gara Hotel is located in the Garachico village which is nestled below a 500metres+ cliff and on a coastline of Volcanic debri. Garachico has always taken care of its environment and protected its culture, leading to the Spanish government awarding the town the Gold Medal of Fine Arts. The surrounding area included the Mount Teide and Corona Forestal Natural Parks. Nearby guests will find quaint cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants. *Official star rating: 3** This family run hotel occupies an 18th century country house and is located in the heart of the village. 50 metres from the hotel a community pool and tennis courts can be found. The hotel¿s rooms reflect the rustic and refined feel of the hotel and come with a private bathroom, safe, refrigerator, a hair-dryer, satellite TV, phone and internet connection. Breakfast is served each day at the hotel until 10.30am and the cafeteria is open until 10pm. Guests are also invited to enjoy the spa facilities which include a Jacuzzi, bithermic shower and contrast shower. A sauna is also available for an additional charge. In addition the Gara Hotel offers car hire, a tour and ticket desk, a laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service and babysitting and childcare services.
