Can I Pay a deposit on my trip?


Upon booking your holiday on our website, you will be advised of the payment terms. Generally a deposit of up to 50% may be required up to 12 weeks prior to departure for flights and accommodation. If you are booking accommodation only a non refundable deposit of €100 per person will be required at the time of booking. Full payment will then be required 12 weeks prior to departure.


Any bookings made online within 10 weeks of departure will require full payment at the time of booking.


Some suppliers (Airlines etc.) may require full payment at the time of booking. You will be advised of this when you check the availability on our website.

What is included in my cost?


Depending on what you book, the following will be included in your holiday cost:


    FLIGHT ONLY: Flight with one piece of luggage

    HOTEL ONLY: Hotel accommodation as specified

    CITY BREAKS: Flights with one piece of luggage and accommodation as specified

♦    SUN HOLIDAYS: Flights with one piece of luggage, transfer on arrival and accommodation as specified

♦    LONGHAUL: Flights with one piece of luggage and accommodation as specified


Insurance is not included in your total costs but can be added to your reservation at the time of booking. 


How can I Pay for my holiday?


You can pay online on our secure website by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or Laser card at the time of booking.  Payments made by Visa or Mastercard will incur an administration fee of 2%.


If you are unable to pay online, you can call into our office in Newbridge or Carlow to book and pay in cash for your holiday.

When will I receive my tickets?


You should receive your tickets by email or post approximately 2-3 weeks prior to travel. Certain airlines require you to check in online prior to departure. The details for online check in will be included with your tickets.
